Four litres of water is too much, its unhealthy to drink so much water. The body typically uses around 7 litres of water a day, 5 of which it absorbs and processes from food, so the ideal supplement is 1.5 - 2 litres a day. A higher intake of water can lead to salts and sugars in the blood to be diluted and so can lead to the body being malnourished on a level which can lead to serious ill health. Also water intake varies in terms of lifestyle and climate, so these need to be taken into account when deciding how much water to drink.

Wonderful article. I always find myself run down by 8 p.m. and wondering why. Thank you for giving me a couple of things to try and improve upon.

Thanks for the great information. I have been looking for ages for a way to stop feeling so tired. I work up to 70 hours per week and sometimes I really don't have the time to get a full night's sleep.

However thanks to this information I have learned what I can do to make the most of the sleep that I do get.

Another great resource that has helped me a lot is http://www.alwaystired.info which showed me how to increase my energy levels naturally and decrease stress. You should have a look at this site because it has some very valuable tips.

Thanks again!

RT is wright!

Why do you suggest 4 liters a day? That's just too much water. Do you have any evidence that we need 4 liters a day or are you just copy-pasting?

And waht about chewing? I agree it's important, it's the first step of digestion. Why 50 chews? What about the 150 chews story? How is it possible that chewing so many times saved their lives?
